What I would like to know is, will we have a round-a-bout when the Transfer House goes back up, or will the traffic lights still run the show?
If we get rid of the traffic lights, they'll be much more accidents, and thus more revenue for the city. If we stop using the lights themselves, we at least save on electicity and bulb changes. I say it's a win-win situation for all, except the squirrels and an occaisonal wayward rabbit.

Eight years of declining population, and rising unemployment? Is that 'gaining ground'?
